I love this picture too. Can't wait to meet her. She'll have to show Lily the ropes when we ever get home.

FYI, still no LOA, and we are on day 175.

It is killing me that little Miss Stoic from photos has a HUGE personality. God is good! You trusted and you have been rewarded immensely. I have never watched other families go through this up close before, but honestly her story needs to be used as an example of what love can do! I can not believe the difference in her face!

All the other blogs have caused me to jump for joy, laugh, sigh but this one made me cry...for all you have been through, for all the uncertainty and now all this hope. I wish every child in the world was half as wanted as sweet Oakley. I will go into my tiny Olivia tonight a give her extra kisses as she sleeps...
God Bless you all.

Oh! I forgot to mention that Oliva LOVED her first plane ride (and the 5 others/30 hours it took us to get home!) Take a photo of her looking out the plane window when you land..."Home At Last"

Jana,
What a gift sweet Oakley's smile is! I can truly say we are the blessed ones to share life with these precious little girls. Words truly cannot express all that has taken place! Thanks for sharing all of the beautiful pictures of the precious children at Zhangzhou. I agree with you in prayer for each of these children. I pray they will each experience the love of a family oneday. I am so so happy that Oakley is now and forever loved!

"The Lord has done great things for us, and we are filled with joy."
Psalm 126:3

Sending our love and prayers,
Sarah Strand and family

Friday, June 1st.3:30 P.M.

The last of the children just left my house and I wanted to tell you that the picture in the hat, so far, is my very favorvite. The personality is really appearing daily, isn`t it. Sullivan came home with me from Pate`s ballgame last night. He took a bath and washed his hair, the bottom of the tub was almost mud, from the ball field. He crawled straight into bed and was sound asleep in less than 5 minutes. He had already given me notice that he would be sleeping in this morning, and not to wake him. He was up by 8 AM though. He and I came down stairs to see if a new post was waiting for us. AND IT WAS. We looked at the pictures, and he chuckled. He laughed out loud when I read the part to him and Hagan, from Mike, about eating the whole frog. YUCK!! I bet White Castles would even sound good about now.

Well, I feel that we are now on the downside and counting. The Prayers got you there safely so I will continue to Pray, as I am sure everyone else will, until you are back in the good old Bluegrass State. Maybe I sould correct that, as most of it is rather brown now.

Waiting and Praying, With love to all. Mom.

Dear Mom, Dad & Sawyer,

I really miss all you guys. As soon as I finish writing this, we are going to a hotel in Louisville. Then tomorrow we will go to Indiana to a dog show. If Spencer and I are good we will be able to go to a cookout and we will be able to go swimming after the show tomorrow night. So, I'm going to try to be good. I hope Oakley is being good on the plane. I've had a really good time so far, but I miss you.
Love, Sullivan :)
